Persyaratan :
  • Warga Negara Indonesia, Lahir setelah 28 Februari 1983 (maksimal 30 tahun)
  • IPK Minimal 2,75.
  • Bersedia dan sanggup bekerja di Kalimantan.
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja sesuai dengan bidangnya.
  • Karena sifat pekerjaan yang dilakukan, dibutuhkan laki-laki untuk S1 Pertanian, Teknik, dan Ekonomi (Kecuali S1 Hukum, Dokter Umum, Dokter Gigi).
  • Kode TEK-M; TEK-E; TEK-S sanggup bekerja dalam shift
  • Kode HKM-H menguasai permasalahan perdata, pidana, terampil beracara, hukum bisnis, perijinan, perjanjian dan pertanahan.
  • Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian yang menerangkan tidak pernah dihukum karena melakukan tindak kejahatan.
  • Surat Keterangan Sehat & Surat Keterangan Tidak Buta Warna dari Dokter.
  • Surat Pernyataan bermeterai Rp. 6.000 yang menyatakan bahwa tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan tidak hormat dari Instansi atau Badan Hukum Pemerintah maupun Swasta.
  • Surat pernyataan bermeterai Rp. 6.000 bahwa semua berkas yang dilampirkan adalah benar dan jika di kemudian hari diketahui berkas yang dilampirkan palsu maka bersedia mengundurkan diri.

Pelaksanaan tes akan dilaksanakan di Pontianak, Banjarmasin, dan Balikpapan. Sebutkan kode posisi / formasi dan tentukan pilihan lokasi tes di Pontianak, Banjarmasin, atau Balikpapan di sebelah kiri atas amplop lamaran. Lamaran diterima Panitia paling lambat tanggal 1 Maret 2013. Hanya pelamar yang memenuhi syarat yang akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti seleksi. Lamaran menjadi milik Panitia.   • Reporting
    • Sales production report on daily, weekly (every Monday) and monthly basis (after cutoff date)
    • Sales report per product plan, per branch, per seller of bank and BIM, renewal and new
    • Compile daily sales activity report
    • Check on success premium collection with Finance on weekly basis and provide report to follow up bank on the unsuccessful
  • Administration on sales process
    • Responsible for daily quotations in and out, especially from out station branches
    • Follow up outstation branches for renewal data
    • Cooperate with underwriting in issuing renewal quotations a month before due
    • As ACE admin contact person for bank
    • Making records of quotations issued, bind and lost
  • Data Base
    • Record customer’s data in the system for reselling purpose or marketing program
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max age 30 years old
  • University degree
  • Experiencing in administration support, reporting system and data base storage
  • Good communication skill
  • Able to operate computer and high knowledge on office Microsoft, especially in excel
  • Must be attention to detail, fast and accurate in delivery report and understand the urgency
  • Able to work in team as well as to communicate with bank partner
